Shipping Policy

All orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address or confirmed PayPal address. Please keep in mind some orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges.

International Shipping  Policy:

At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States


We do not offer next/overnight delivery methods:

USPS and FedEx shipping times are “in transit” times. This time does not include the handling time if a part is not in stock and needs to be order. The shipping time frame starts when USPS or FedEx picks up your package. If the timing of your product receipt is urgent, please call and we will tell you if the product is in stock.


Shipping method restrictions:

USPS First Class shipping has a weight limit of 1 LB and has no option for insurance. If this method is selected we cannot guarantee delivery and cannot offer a refund for lost shipments.

USPS Priority Mail Has progressively greater charges by weight and may be more expensive than other methods at heavier weights. $50 insurance is automatically included by the USPS.

FedEx Home and Ground shipments have a maximum weight limit of 150 LBs This method is more economical for heavy orders and is automatically insured for $100 by FedEx.


Signature requirements:

 A signature will be required for any order totaling over $150, and for delivery to addresses that may have high population density, such as apartment complexes, or operations that may have multiple people available for signature, such as business addresses, forwarding companies, or suite numbers.

Discontinued Parts:

  Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered "Final Sale." 

Core Policy:

Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
